I was unsure when I booked this because it was unmanned however it was lovely. It was secure, well thought-out with key boxes and door codes. The room was lovely and clean, even came with little kettle and a selection of teas and coffee and considering it was a Saturday night I stayed it was nice and quiet. There was a folder with emergency numbers to call - just in case - with taxi information and restaurant information too. Plus there is a large Aldi literally 3 minutes walk down the road.
Cheap. Clean. Convenient. Easy to find. Easy to access. Great comms. Overall, for the price... with parking included... I'd recommend the Whiteley Mill Hotel if you are looking for somewhere that offers flexibility and value. My only gripe... this is a personal thing.. the mattress was too firm.
Cant fault it really. Very quiet when i stayed. Slept well. Beds not great but very clean.

Basic accommodation in a very convenient location. No staff on site so information for security codes for door and to access the key was all done via email. Very generous allocation of teabags, coffee and milk which I really appreciated. I often end up with a stiff neck and poor sleep when away from home but I found the bed exceptionally comfortable and had a great night’s sleep.

Basic but clean and comfortable rooms and quiet, and free parking, reasonably priced. Aldi is very close. Downsides: The TV was tiny and not viewable from the bed, the shower was very weak. Getting in requires you to navigate 3 sets of codes, feels a little like Mission Impossible VII
As long as you realise what you've booked, this is perfectly decent. It's an unsupervised hotel, so - no front desk, no staff on-site, keypad locks on the front door, and lock box for your room key, and a single vending machine for snacks. The hotel and room, although basic, seems well maintained and clean, and is absolutely fine for a place to crash for the night.
